Connection and performance diagnosis
We review affected devices, cable connections, ports and switch or router settings within authorised access. We distinguish local-network problems from provider-service issues and explain when the provider needs to investigate. Replacing a router is not assumed to solve every fault.
Data outlets and rack organisation
Work may include new outlets, cable termination and labelling, patch-panel organisation and correction of existing connections. Materials and tests are selected for the site. Basic connectivity checks and specialist cabling tests are scoped separately where needed.
Wi-Fi and office devices
We review access-point placement, obstacles, interference and usage, then configure staff and guest connectivity as agreed. Printer, IP-phone and CCTV connectivity can be reviewed without changing application permissions or accessing data without approval.
