Server-room and rack planning
We review equipment, site dimensions, cable routes, maintenance access and growth. Rack capacity, device positions, patch panels and labels are scoped for the project. Power loads, UPS capacity and cooling requirements must be assessed with the relevant specialists, not selected from device count alone.
Network infrastructure and supply
Technical work may include racks, switches, servers, connection materials, data-outlet termination and cable organisation. Models, ports, capacities and licences are checked before purchase. Fibre work or specialist cable testing is explicitly scoped where required, not assumed in every quotation.
Coordination, testing and handover
Technical work is coordinated with electrical, cooling, safety and building requirements handled by the responsible specialists. Handover covers agreed connectivity tests, equipment lists, connection labels and operational notes. Server moves and production-network changes need approval, backups, a maintenance window and an appropriate rollback plan.

An office may need a limited rack, network, power and cooling scope. Larger data centers can require additional design disciplines and acceptance requirements. We establish the project level before quoting and do not describe any rack room as a certified data center.
No Tier or other certification is promised in an ordinary fit-out service. Specific certification requirements must be reviewed separately with the relevant body and specialists before a commitment is made.
Cost depends on project size, equipment, outlets, testing and required electrical, cooling and safety works. Send equipment and site details for initial scoping; site assessment and technical requirements determine the final quotation.
That cannot be guaranteed without reviewing systems, backups and the move procedure. Relocation is coordinated with authorised system staff, verified backup readiness, a rollback plan and agreed downtime. Production systems are not moved or changed without approval.
